On this site, you are able to pay for your study program/course at CBS.
- Sign on by using your CBS User ID and Password – Please note that it is only the first part of your username that you use to log in (@student.cbs.dk must not be included).Did you remember to change your temporary password? If not, you need to change it first here link.
- Are you missing your CBS User ID and password? – Please contact the IT Student Helpdesk
- Questions regarding how to complete your payment? – Please contact your study administration. You can find more details under contact
What if can't sign on to Epayment?
- You can only log in to E-payment if you have received an email about invoice.
- You can't remember your password or have typed it wrong - please make sure there is no spaces and you have used [Caps Lock] correctly.
- Your account may be locked due to multiple attempts to sign in; in that case please wait half an hour before your account is reopened.

Please Note:
- When you are logged on to Epayment, you need to specify whether you are paying as a private person or your company
- If you pay as a private person, you can either pay by card or a foreign bank transfer
- If you choose to pay as a company, you can either pay by card, a foreign bank transfer, giro (FIK) (only danish companies) or e-invoice (e-invoice only applies for certain danish companies).
- Card fees will be charged to your payment
- Please be sure to look at your CBS-mail – and PLEASE READ THE MAILS, ALL INFO ARE THOROUGHLY
